Development Assessments

We can’t know where we’re going if we don’t know where we’ve been. Development assessments or audits help you recognize your areas of opportunity and areas to improve for maximum fundraising results. Assessments can be accomplished over several weeks and are excellent for prioritizing, determining the staffing required, and helping leadership understand where to focus.
